WHAT WE ARE DOING PRESENTLY
We have identified unemployment as a prevailing social and economic problem that requires a strategic, systemic and structural framework such as TOC to solve and resolve as the need arises.
This pattern of systemic thinking would enable us to educate, empower and employ graduate youths into entrepreneurial vocational schemes that would activate financial independence among these target beneficiaries.

WHO IS OUR TARGET BENEFICIARY?
Our selected niche focuses on graduate youths. We understand that unemployment is an epidemic that cuts through all classes within the labor workforce but however, we have decided to focus on a particular category and these are Graduate Unemployed Youths known as G.U.Y.
HOW ARE WE DOING IT?
We have identified and adopted a 3E-strategic framework at solving unemployment among the graduate youth. This adopted model is based on the need analysis of these potential leaders and the outcome of this study shows a variability of desires according to the psychological profiles of these youths.
