Biodun is the visionary and the chief strategist of CSBEE.

Biodun is a man of many parts; a Civil Engineer, management consultant with expertise in branding and business strategy. He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos and Pan-African University respectively. He holds Master’s degree in Media Enterprise from school of media and communication, SMC , Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. Biodun Adeyanju has worked with various multi-national companies such as SNC LAVALIN of Canada, Bouygues Nigeria Ltd; French- Nigerian based civil engineering firm and other national companies for over a decade both as an engineer, manager and strategic analyst before he became fully engaged with CSBEE.

He has facilitated programs in Nigeria, United States, Europe and United Kingdom and consulted for organizations and government in various capacities.

A versatile reader, speaker and prolific writer. He is married with three children

Deborah is the CSO (Chief Servant Officer) of the CSBEE. She oversees the management functions of this social enterprise.

Deborah is a Medical Doctor and a consultant Pediatrician with over ten years of working experiences. She has the ability to resuscitate babies at birth, including intubation of neonates. Deborah operates with high level of intellectual, cognitive and integrative skills. Her management expertise is combined with tenacity, patience, stamina and perseverance to achieve desired goals. A team player to the core with efficient independence and impeccable initiative. As the CSO or the managing Director of CSBEE, Deborah combines this management role with research work that she enjoys doing.

Blessing is the Administrative manager for CSBEE

Blessing is a sociologist and a seasoned administrator of well over ten years in operational and physical resource management. She holds a degree from University of Lagos in sociology. Her wealth of experiences in procurement, maintenance management and operational techniques are brought to bear in day to day operations of CSBEE.

A passionate singer with pragmatic approach to the management of resources. Blessing combines these roles with sociological inputs into projects and intervention programs that are designed by CSBEE.

Oyinkansola is the Digital Manager & Content Creator for CSBEE

Oyinkansola Esther Ricketts is a Teens Career Guide. She believes everyone has something to offer,they just need to discover it. She is passionate about self discovery & personal development, and is also an advocate of income-generating-skills.

Oyinkansola is a graduate of Mathematics Education, and currently running another degree programme in Education Guidance Counselling .

She is a Creative Writer and also an Entrepreneur.
